Before we get started.
Who do you work with?
I work with contractors in Canada and the USA who need help with their website, branding, social media or advertising. The qualification call helps us check whether I can deliver what you need.
What do I need to provide?
You provide accurate business details, services, service areas and any existing brand files. For project content, you provide photos and footage you have permission to use. We agree on any additional production work separately.
What does it cost?
The qualification phone call costs $50 CAD for 15 minutes. If we decide to work together, your proposal lists the project or monthly fee, payment terms and any outside costs.
Can you manage social media and advertising each month?
Yes. We can agree on ongoing work with a defined number of content pieces, publishing responsibilities, campaign management and reporting. Advertising spend is separate from the service fee.
Will I own my website and business accounts?
Your domain and business profiles stay in your name. Your proposal explains the files you receive, account access, hosting and handover.
